York, Maine

This is a home in York, ME where the structural integrity was greatly compromised. Using plans given to us by a structural engineer we made the necessary repairs. This included doubling up garage rafters, adding an LVL beam to the garage back roof, 2 LVL beams in the basement, and a steel beam in the living room ceiling. This project was very complicated.
